1. Acceptance of terms
By using www.chennaimeats.com and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. We may revise these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Products & pricing
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.
- Seafood is natural — exact weights, sizes, and yield after cleaning may vary slightly.
- Prices and availability change with daily market rates and catch availability.
- We may limit order quantity (currently maximum 2 units per product per order).
3. Orders & payment
- Order before midnight for next-morning (7–11 AM) delivery.
- Website orders are prepaid via secure Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). Cash on delivery can be arranged on request via WhatsApp.
- An order is confirmed only after successful payment (or confirmed COD arrangement).
- We may refuse or cancel orders due to unavailability, delivery-area limits, or suspected fraud.
4. Delivery
We deliver across serviceable areas in Chennai. Charges are area-based and shown at checkout. Timing (7–11 AM) is an estimate. See our Shipping & Delivery policy.

6. Food safety & quality
We operate under FSSAI License #22422545000075. Products are handled hygienically and delivered fresh. As seafood is perishable, refrigerate or cook promptly on delivery.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, logos, design — is the property of Chennai Meats and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
Chennai Meats is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
