How delivery works
Order before midnight
Place your order online any time before 12 AM — choose products, weight, and delivery slot.
Cleaned & packed fresh
Early next morning, your catch is de-gutted, scaled, cut to your preference, and vacuum-sealed hygienically.
Delivered 7–11 AM
Your order reaches your door the same morning — fresh, cold, and ready to cook.
Delivery timeframe
- Orders placed before midnight are delivered the next morning, 7–11 AM.
- We deliver 7 days a week across our 156 serviceable areas in Chennai.
- In rare cases (weather, supply), delivery may be delayed — we notify you on WhatsApp.
Delivery charges
Charges are area-based and shown at checkout by pincode. Select areas enjoy free delivery. The exact charge is always displayed before payment.
Payment
Orders on our website are prepaid via secure Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). Prefer cash on delivery? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange it.
Packaging & order confirmation
All orders are packed in food-safe, leak-proof, temperature-controlled packaging — no preservatives, only cold-chain freshness. After payment you'll receive an order confirmation and bill by email.
