• Payments: processed securely by Razorpay — card/UPI/billing details are handled by the processor; we do not store your card data.
• Usage & device data: interaction patterns, access times, browser/device type, IP address — via cookies and analytics.
• Other: recorded customer-service calls, discount/reward entries, feedback, and recipient details for gift orders.

2. How we use your information

• To register you, confirm and deliver orders, and process transactions.
• To provide customer support and send order confirmations, bills, and updates.
• To improve our platform and understand how customers use it.
• To send offers and marketing (you can opt out anytime).
• To investigate suspected security or fraud issues.
