Instructions to cook Seabass Fish

Step 1: To make a masala marinade, combine chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger, garlic, vinegar, and salt in a basin with 1/4 cup of water.

Step 2: Wipe any excess water off the cleaned fillets, then score the skin 1 cm apart.

Step 3: Marinate the fillet for 15 minutes after cutting it into 3 or 4 pieces.

Step 4: In a skillet, heat some oil and cook the sliced shallots over medium heat, turning regularly.

Step 5: Fry until the shallots are golden brown, then turn off the heat.

Step 6: Allow the shallots to cook for a few minutes longer in the pan to get a crispy texture

Step 7: Cook the Kashmiri chilies and tomatoes in a saucepan of boiling water until they are soft.

Step 8: Turn off the heat and peel the tomatoes after cooling down. Only meat should be kept.

Step 9: In a blender, puree the tomatoes and Kashmiri red chilies with 1/4 cup of water.
